We make chartering a bus simple.

Booking group transportation used to mean quote forms, sales calls and a final bill that didn’t match the first number. We built SimpleShuttles to fix that.

Our mission

SimpleShuttles is a service. We exist to serve our customers and to serve our operators.

For the groups who book with us, that means one honest price and a trip that’s handled from the first quote to the last drop-off. For the operators who run those trips, it means trips that fit their fleet, every detail up front, and fast, fair pay.

What we do

SimpleShuttles works with a network of licensed, independent bus operators, each vetted before it can be offered a trip. We don’t own buses. We handle everything between “we need a bus” and wheels rolling: pricing, matching your trip to the right operator, booking, payment and support.

You get an instant, all-in price and book with a small deposit. We confirm a vetted operator as quickly as possible, sometimes instantly, and stay your point of contact through the trip. If your operator can’t run it, finding a replacement is our job.

We book group charter buses in all 50 states. Across town or across the country, from school and sports trips to weddings, church groups and corporate events, you get one all-in price, the same vetting and the same people to call.

We start with vetted operators based in the state your trip begins in, and trips that cross state lines go only to operators licensed to run them.

Serve both sidesGroups and operators both choose to work with us, and both can walk away, so we earn each of them on every trip: one company responsible for your whole trip, and fair terms in writing for the operator who runs it.
Safety is a gate, not a featureAn operator without active authority, insurance on file and a satisfactory safety record never sees your trip. No exceptions for a better rate.
No surprisesThe number you see is the number you pay. Driver hours, repositioning miles, tolls, parking and gratuity are included up front, not added at pickup. Operators get every trip detail and their pay terms in writing, too.
We do the legworkWe find the operator, check the paperwork and match the bus to your group, from luggage to ADA access and restrooms. The day before, we make sure your driver is confirmed, and we handle the changes.
Own the outcomeA group is counting on a bus showing up, so our job isn’t done at booking. It’s done when your group gets home. If your operator can’t run the trip, we replace them at your price, or give every dollar back.

I’ve worked in group transportation from every seat: as a shuttle driver, as a dispatcher, and in operations and analytics at a charter bus brokerage. That last seat showed me where the industry falls short: quotes that grow after you book, operators you can’t vouch for, and nobody to call when plans change. I started SimpleShuttles to fix that: one honest price, operators we’ve vetted, and a real person to call, any time.
