How it works

Your trip, run by a vetted operator.

You get an all-in price in seconds, anywhere in the US. Your trip goes to an independent operator whose buses fit it and who has cleared our vetting gate, and we stay your point of contact until you’re home.

From price to pickup

Price it. Book it. We match it. Ride.

  1. 01 · Price

    See your all-in price

Pick your pickup, destination, date and group size. The number you see is the number you pay.

  2. 02 · Book

    Book with a small deposit

Your deposit books the trip and locks the price. It changes only if you change the trip.

  3. 03 · Match

    A vetted operator takes it

We offer your trip to operators in our network whose buses fit it and confirm one as quickly as possible. Then we email you their name and USDOT number.

  4. 04 · Ride

    Meet your driver

The day before, your operator confirms the driver and bus, and we send you the driver’s name and number.

The operator network

Every operator clears the same gate.

You’re handing a group of people to a driver and a coach for hours. Before an operator can be offered your trip, they clear a hard gate, and we check their authority with FMCSA again when they accept.

What every operator has

  • Active FMCSA operating authority (a real, licensed passenger carrier)
  • Certificate of insurance on file and current
  • FMCSA safety record checked — no unsatisfactory ratings
  • Fleet matched to your trip: capacity, ADA lift, restroom, amenities

What you’ll know about yours

Once confirmed
The operator’s name, phone and USDOT number, with a link to their record on FMCSA’s SAFER site
The day before
Your driver’s name and cell, and the bus

If your operator can’t make it

Backup is our job, not yours.

Buses break down and drivers get sick, at any company. If your operator can’t run your trip, we arrange a replacement from our network at the price you booked. You don’t call around.

If we can’t find an operator for your trip, or your operator can’t run it and we can’t arrange a replacement, we refund everything you’ve paid, however close to the trip that happens.

First time booking a charter?

What we take off your plate.

  • “I don’t know what size or type of bus I need.”

Tell us your group size and we suggest the right vehicle — then a few optional questions (luggage, wheelchair lift, onboard restroom, amenities) make sure the coach that shows up actually fits. A 56-seat coach doesn’t seat 56 and hold everyone’s bags.

  • “The quote was one number, then the invoice was bigger.”

Our price is all-in: repositioning miles, driver hours, tolls, parking, permits and gratuity are already in the one number you see. Nothing is added at pickup. The only optional add-ons are extras like WiFi, priced up front.

  • “Is this operator even real, safe, and insured?”

You never have to guess. Every operator in our network is verified with active operating authority, insurance on file, and a clean FMCSA safety record — or they don’t get your trip. That’s a hard rule, not a marketing line.

  • “Where does a 45-foot coach even park downtown?”

Metro trips carry real staging costs — tolls, legal coach parking, and venue or city permits. We price those in from the start instead of letting them surprise you (or your driver) on the day.

  • “I filled out five quote forms and got five sales calls.”

Get a real, locked-in price in seconds. A small deposit books it, and we confirm a vetted operator as quickly as possible, sometimes instantly.

One price

What “all-in” actually means.

The costs that get left out of a teaser quote and sprung on you later are already inside the one price we show you.

Included in your price

  • The bus and a professional driver for your route and hours
  • Repositioning miles to your pickup and back
  • A relief driver or driver overnight when the trip needs one
  • Tolls, legal coach parking and permits for metro trips
  • Driver gratuity

Optional extras

WiFi+$150 per bus, per day
Leather seats+$250 per bus, per day

Requested from the operator, not guaranteed. If your bus doesn’t have one, it comes off your bill.

Questions

Common questions

Who picks the operator?

We do, from your trip’s needs: bus size, wheelchair lift, restroom and where you’re going. Only operators that have cleared our vetting gate are offered your trip.

Can a big group ride with more than one operator?

Sometimes. A group that needs several buses may ride with more than one vetted operator, each running some of the buses. We confirm every bus before your balance is charged, and your confirmation email names each operator with its USDOT number.

What if my operator cancels?

We arrange a replacement from our network at the price you booked. If we can’t, we refund everything you’ve paid.

Will I owe anything extra at pickup?

No. The price you agree to is the all-in price — gratuity included. There’s nothing to settle in cash with the driver.

Is gratuity really included?

Yes. Customary driver gratuity is built into the all-in price, so it’s handled before your trip.

What are extras?

WiFi and leather seats cost extra and are requests, not guarantees. You see their price before you book, and if the bus assigned to your trip doesn’t have one, it comes off your bill.

I need a wheelchair lift (or an onboard restroom). Can you do that?

Tell us in the “Trip needs” section when you get your price. We only match you with operators whose vehicles actually have what you require — it’s a hard filter, not a hopeful note.

How fast do I get a confirmed operator?

As quickly as possible once your deposit lands, and sometimes instantly. Your instant price locks the deal, and we email you the operator’s details as soon as they’re confirmed.
