Card
- Pay a deposit to book, or the full price when your trip is close (trips 14 days away or closer are paid in full when you book). Cards are processed by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
- The balance is charged to the same card 14 days before your trip. If you book closer in than that, it’s charged after your operator is confirmed. We email you the amount and date at least 3 days before we charge it.
Pay your balance by bank
- Once your operator is confirmed, you can pay the balance from a US bank account instead and get 1.5% off the balance. Use the Pay by bank button on the quote link we email you, or the link in your balance reminder.
- You sign in to your bank through Stripe. We never see your bank login, balances or transactions.
- It takes up to 4 business days to clear, and we don’t charge your card while it does. If it doesn’t go through, your card is charged as planned instead.
- Bank payment isn’t available within 10 days of your trip.
Cryptocurrency
We accept cryptocurrency by arrangement. Email support@simpleshuttles.com with your quote and the coin you’d like to use, and we’ll sort it out with you.
