More trips for your buses.
How it works
Trips that fit your fleet.
- 01
Get trip offers that fit
We offer you trips that match your fleet and service area, with the route, times, group size and needs spelled out before you say yes.
- 02
Accept, or pass
Take the trips that work for you and pass on the rest. The first qualified operator to accept gets the trip. On some bigger trips you can take just some of the buses, paid per bus.
- 03
Confirm your driver
The day before, one link asks for the driver’s name and cell and the bus. We pass them on to the group.
- 04
Run the trip
The group has booked with a deposit and seen one all-in price, gratuity included, so there’s nothing to collect at pickup.
Working with us
What you can count on.
SimpleShuttles is a service. We exist to serve our customers and to serve our operators. For you, that means trips that fit your fleet, every detail up front, and fast, fair pay.
Paid 3 days after the trip
We pay you 3 days after the trip is complete. Those 72 hours are the group’s window to tell us about a problem: a late arrival, missing or wrong amenities, a driver smoking or being unprofessional. If they do, we hold your pay until we’ve resolved it with them, and we may deduct for it. A receipt we’re owed, or a refund, chargeback or damage claim that involves you, can hold part of a payout too; we tell you why, and you have 14 days to dispute a deduction.
Paid if the group cancels late
If the group cancels a trip confirmed to you within 7 days of the trip, we pay you $100 per bus. Within 3 days, we pay you in full.
No exclusivity
Work with whoever you like. We don’t ask you to give up other customers or other platforms.
What sets the price, up front
Every offer gives the pickup and drop-off, date, times, group size and the bus it needs, plus wheelchair lift, restroom and requested extras. If stops are added later and the hours or distance change, the trip is repriced.
Busy? Say so once
Tell us you’re not available and we won’t offer you other trips for that date and bus size.
